To make FitForge AI work, we collect: your account email, profile information you provide (goal, level, weight, height, daily calorie target), and the activity you log inside the app — workouts completed, meals planned, habit check-ins, weight entries, and challenge participation.
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad trackers. We do not access your device sensors, camera, microphone, or location unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that requires it.
Your data powers your personalized plans and insights: the AI trainer, workout generator, meal planner, and progress analytics use your recent history to give better recommendations. We never share it with third parties for marketing.
Prompts sent to our AI trainer and generators are processed through our AI gateway to return responses. Prompts are not used to train third-party foundation models. We strip identifiers where practical before sending prompts upstream.
All requests use HTTPS. Data is stored in a managed Postgres database protected by row-level security — meaning your rows are only accessible to your authenticated account or to a verified admin operation initiated by you.
You can export your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion removes your account and all associated logs from active systems within 30 days.
We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
